We offer different arrangements for many of our rooms that will create the perfect atmosphere for your event. The Riverside Ballroom opened in 1999 to spectacular reviews. Along with the ballroom, our Riverside Suite and meeting rooms handle all types of events: weddings, receptions, reunions, proms, trade shows, holiday and office parties, conferences, videoconferencing, job fairs, and most any other type of function. In fact, over 100,000 square feet of exhibition space, the Arena and the Conference Center has the capability of handling almost any size function.

The Big Sandy Superstore Arena proudly offers culinary services by SMG Catering. This fine caterer operates state-of-the art equipment out of the arena’s full service kitchen area. SMG Catering has a wide variety of food and beverage services available. The chefs and staff take great pride in their work. Their primary concern is the success of your event.

VIDEO CONFERENCING

The Riverfront Ballroom and Conference Center can bring the meeting to you. With our Tandberg videoconferencing, you can meet with colleagues across the globe without leaving town. Our videoconferencing facilities are professionally appointed and have eight separate meeting rooms with seating capacities ranging from 10 to 700 to meet your videoconferencing needs. Videoconferencing can be used for meetings, presentations, interviews, seminars, classes, conferences, legal depositions, etc. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at the Riverfront Ballroom and Conference Center.
